Can anyone please find if Isabella Jackson, daughter of Whitfield and Mary ann Jackson, married in 1907 to John Smith, William Waring or John Cowley and if there were children

This is from your previous thread on the family.

"have found a marriage for Alice Jackson to George Perks in 1911 this I know is correct
I think Mary Ann may have married John Cowley in 1906
Isabella may have married a John smith or a Matthew Maughan in 1907
Sarah may have married a Matthew Cuerden or Ernest Kitely in 1915
John may have married an Isabella Mitton or an Isabella Dyke in 1917
Can anyone please confirm any of these as I am stuck
