I am trying to find out more about Frederick Jackson, from the Bacup/Rossendale area. Born about 1920, died 1972-74, he went to Bacup Grammar School. I believe he had a brother Bert, and sisters Agnes and Margaret, all older than him. He married, and had daughters Susan and Margaret. Between 1941 and 1954 he had a long term relationship with Betty Slater (in Rossendale/Bacup area and had a daughter, Susan Margaret Jackson in 1949. Susan is my wife. She last saw Frederick when she was a little girl, but knows that he died during the early seventies. Any information would be gratefully received. |
