CARDIFF and CORNWALL AREAS - Redruth /Falmouth/Portreath. WILLIAM THOMAS JAMES POLPERRO ARMS is/ was a public house,in Cornwall and my family is said to have links with this establishment in some way?? WILLIAM THOMAS JAMES abt 1875 was my gt /Grandfather who married a Margaret Louisa Cotter and settled in Cardiff. Children's names were...... Edward, Thomas, Edith, Alethea, Margaret, Irene, David, Norman Richard. It is said that most of the males in the family were named REDVERS as a second or third name before the surname of JAMES. If anyone has access to any records of Polperro Arms or possible links to Willam Thomas James family from PORTHREATH, FALMOUTH areas I would be eternally in your debt. Kind Regards D |
