STEPHEN JAMES (Alias William above is named in the census as having a daughter ALERIA ( Possible miss spelling of ALETHEA and son Thomas which could be the same thread?) William Married in CARDIFF abt 1898-LOUISA (MARGARET) COTTER dob abt 1880. Children Alethia, Thomas, Irene, Edith Eward Richard and Norman.Any information on either William, Lousia or their children very appreciated D
