Is it the birth registration details so you can get the cert?

hi maureen, ty for getting back to me,my dad in law roy johnson was born in stoke newington c1944 as was
his dad percy henry johnson, his dad died when he was about 10 and moved to nottingham.
he would like to find any of his dad family, as he does not remember any of them
