Please can anyone help me as to where I could find the death details of Frank Ernest Johnson. So far no luck searching the county archives. I have a marriage certificate dated 1909 on which Franks age is stated as being 22 (no birth certificate to back this up). If he served in the first World War (and I dont know that he did) and was killed, does anyone know if the death would be registered in the normal archives. He was the son of Charles Johnson and born possibly in Hull or surrounding areas in Yorkshire. Many thanks. |

Janey Canuck - many thanks for your help. I don't know if he served in the war but in the absence of any other info it was just a guess. He married Adeline Wagner in 1909 - this is the copy marriage certificate I have managed to get. |

Tania - thanks for your help. Yes this looks like the right Frank! So if he was 13 in 1901, the age of 22 on the marriage cert in 1909 would be about right as well. |
