Hello all, I am trying to find out what happened to my maternal grandfather's siblings. My grandfather was born in Crewe, Cheshire in Dec 1896 and was one of 9 children of William Johnson and Eliza Street. His name was William Henry Johnson, he married Lilian Austin and he died in Feb 1968. His siblings were: JESSIE JOHNSON, b. Abt. 1886. m. John Richard Upton 16 Mar 1907 at St Paul, Crewe. Had 3 children. MINNIE JOHNSON, b. 11 Jun 1880. m. John Roberts 5 Jul 1902 at St. Paul, Crewe. Had 2 children. SELINA JOHNSON, b. 02 Nov 1882, Crewe, Cheshire; m. William Jennings 2 Jun 1906 at Christ Church Crewe, Had 2 children. d. 03 Oct 1976, Crewe, Cheshire. LIZZIE JOHNSON, b. Abt. 1890; m. Charles Benham had 2 children. d. Wolverhampton. FLORRIE JOHNSON, b. Abt. 1892; m. Ernest Malam in 1910 in a civil cerimony at Nantwich. Had 3 children. d. Nuneaton. LUCY JOHNSON, b. Abt. Jan 1894; d. 23 Nov 1973, Crewe, Cheshire; m. ALBERT BADROCK, 03 Apr 1915, St. Paul, Crewe.; b. Abt. 1892, Coppenhall, Crewe.. HARRY JOHNSON, b. Abt. 1898. m. Doris Price on 29 Aug 1925 at St. Paul, Crewe. Had 2 children. ALBERT EDWARD JOHNSON, b. Bet. Jan - Mar 1901; d. Bet. Jul - Sep 1901. If anyone knows what became of any of the above I'd love to hear from you. Thanks, Cathy. |
