trying to find the parents of my great great grandmother she was born in 1899 in resolven south wales she married a alfred vaughan they had 13 children and may passed away in 1976 thanks

Do you have a birth certificate for any of May & Alfred's children ?
If you don't then hopfully if you get one of them it might have her maiden name.
Then find their marriage and get the certificate to find out their fathers names
Then hopefully you/we can find them on the 1901 census.
Who did her death certificate ? Have you got it ? Did they know any family info ?

sorry her name was may jones she had 3 brothers david,emlyn and arthur i found her parents names as david and lizzie, i think she was born in swansea. so far unable to find a marraige certif for may and alfred,
