Trying to find my father please can some one help

ive been trying to find my partners birth father for a few years now and dont seem to get anywhere can some please help,all i have to go on is his name is francis jones his sons name is scott jones ,scott is the one trying to find him.all i have is scotts birth certificate saying his fathers name??? Francis jones, place of birth liverpool.Occupation:Maintenance engineer.he use to live on inverness road dukinfield cheshire.please please please can some help ive tryed everywhere. |

Hi i think he would be in his 40s or 50s i dont have a date of birth just were he was born says on birth certificate liverpool.from what ive been told witch im not using as could be all lies is that francis mothers name is magaret jones??not sure if ture can any one pleaseeee help |
