could anyone look up the 1891 and 1901 cencus for thomas jones born tipton staffordshire 1882

How do you know where & when he was born

have seen his grave so worked out the year and knew what area he came from yes will have to get cert I found a marriage on bmd which i think is his as i only knew his wifes first name

Sorry Dea only just got back the only info I have on him is he married martha willis dec qtr 1910 he died 29th march 1947 age 65 yrs
I am going to get marriage cert in the week so should get some info from that. Are the workhouse records on line do you know?or would I have to go to the records office?
