Matilda Jones (nee Heaps)

Trying to find the Death Certificate of Matilda Jones (nee Heaps) b.1862, Liverpool, without success. Last recorded in the 1891 Census in Manchester.
The 1901 Census shows her husband David Jones b.1860 in Manchester, married to Louisa Jones (nee ???) b.1867, Roorkee, India - his 2nd wife in Watford, Herts.
The 1911 Census shows them still married, living in Manchester, and having been married for 20 years which brings us back to 1891 .. the last recorded listing of Matilda.
The Death Certificate cannot be found in the England Wales Indexes. Any help please. Did she die in Ireland or Scotland ?

Have you found an actual marriage for David and Louise? Is it not possible that he left Matilda and set up home with Louise? Hence she and her chilldren were with her mother in law in 1891

Trevor has advised that Louisa 's maiden name was Hyland and parents per 1891 census appear to be Patrick and Elizabeth in Northampton but I can find no marriage to David Jones -nor can I find David 1891 -thought he might be in Northampton as the liaison with Louisa seems (per 1911) to date from 1891 -but I cant find him
Matilda could have moved in with another man and taken his name but with a birthplace of Liverpool she will be near impossible to find.Another pos is that she could have been committed to a hospital somewhere away from Manchester
