I am looking for help with John Jones and Beatrice Thomas.they were my great grandparents.They had children Gwyneth May born 1913,Hannah Gwenllian born 1915 Daniel 1916 and Iris.

I take it this would be the correct marriage (There is another one in Llanelly but I think you are looking at Pontypridd area?)

Hi Dea,I started looking into my family tree a few weeks ago,in asking family for information both my uncle and his cousin named John Jones and Beatrice Thomas as grandparents but have no more information so i am looking for any help tracing them

Hi Michael,

I am sure you have the correct births there for the first two children, that's why I went for the Pontypridd marriage but I think the 'Daniel' you have belongs to the other marriage I found in Llanelly as I also found a birth for an Iris which was still in Pontypridd:

Births Sep 1918

Jones Iris Thomas Pontypridd 11a 1224

I think we have a bit of a 'red herring' here with Daniel ??

Could you check on the details you have for him please Alun?
