Member Since: October 2006 Posts: 23 Send Message	Hi patchem, Thank you this is great and the right link, much appreciated The problem is that I don;t have Daniel's farthers name only mothers name ( Jane from Liverpool ) on the 1871 cencus she is living on Dumville St in Manchester with her son's Daniel and John, John is married to Anna and have 2 daughters Hephzibah and Leah, which you have confirmed in your response, do you have any suggestions as to how I may approach finding out the name of Daniels father xxx Jones . Who is my great,great,great grandfather Many Thanks Peter

	You can get Daniel's father's name from the marriage certificate of Daniel's brother John to Ann Chase. (Or Daniel's marriage certificate if you have a marriage for him)
