im trying to find what happened to my great gran, i no she was born in llanfair near ruthin in wales in 1885, i cant find a death or marriage .her name was mary lily jones. her parents were william and hannah jones.

she was unmarried when she had my grandad she had him in streatham london at a maternity hospital for unmarried parents, i take it she then went back to wales? yes that information is her. i dont no who she married or even if she did i want to find any living relitives eventually but i cant i think tats all i can do on my tree as its a dead end

my grandad was called lawrence william jones he was adopted but we have the mothers name on the birth certificate

freebmd has numerous marriages for Mary L Jones after 1918...the ONLY way to find out if any of them is her is to buy the certs and look at the age and father's details.
