I'm still trying to find the exact birth place of John King b c1801. He married Elizabeth Pepper in 1825 at Ingoldsby, Lincs. In the census records it shows birth place being either Ingoldsby or Irnham but I have found no other evidence to support this and so far I have drawn a blank at finding where John came from and who his parents were! There is a possibility that the Kings were Roman Catholics of Irnham/Corby Glen?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks for that but yes I seem to have tried all online sources with no luck! There are not many Lincs records online for these areas I'm searching sadly.

The eldest child of John was a son called Francis which really is the only different name in the family the others are Sarah, George, Thomas, etc so have been looking for possible connections there but no luck as yet.
