Looking for any information on the following King family: Francis King born Oct-Dec 1847 in Carrington, Lincolnshire married Mary A Lines and she was born in 1842 in Counby, Lincolnshire and she died on 7th May 1927 and is buried at Whaplode Cemetry, Lincolnshire. On the 1881 Census Francis’ name is down as Frank. According to various census they had the following children (that I am aware of): Martha King born Jul-Sept 1871 in Frith Ville, Lincolnshire James F King born Jul-Sept 1871 in Frith Ville, Lincolnshire Mahala King born Oct-Dec 1875 in Westville, Lincolnshire Thirza King born Oct-Dec 1877 in Westville, Lincolnshire Charlotte King born c. 1883 in Boston, Lincolnshire Burt (or Bert) King borm Oct-Dec 1881 in Boston (family sources say he lived and died in Old Leeke, Boston) Edna King (my Great Great Grandmother) born. 25th June 1885 in Westville, Lincolnshire and she died in November 1967. Name on census and birth entry is Edner! The last address I have for the King family as a whole from the 1901 census is Postland, Cromer, Lincolnshire. I know that Thirza, Charlotte, Burt and Edna were all alive in 1957 as I have a newspaper article of them saying that they are all back together again for the first time in 50 years and this was taken outside my GG Grandmother’s house in Saracen’s Head, Lincolnshire, and also have another photo taken at the same taken showing the children of the surviving members. Edna King married Arthur Thrower at possibly Crowland Abbey and Arthur died in 1915 from TB, they had one daughter Annie Thrower (my Great Grandmother). Charlotte King is know to have married aWilliam East c. 1902 and had three daughters, one child called Charlotte. Thirza King married a Walter Lincoln c. 1901 and had a son called Frank Lincoln and they lived in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
