My Name is Ian Michael (Charles) King and am the last of my direct family line of Kings (depending on the gender of my wife's bump). My side of the family originated in Banstead, Surrey, and of particular interest are the half brothers to my Grand Father Walter Frederick Thomas King c1898 one of which was his particular favourite Charles (Charlie) who unfortunately died in 1921 as a result of WWI injuries other names to follow soon. From here I am hoping to be able to spread out across the family lines and back further into the 1700's. I already have a contact name in Australia of someone looking for connections to this line of family (we think) so any other links would be greatly welcomed. Many thanks. Ian |
