trying to trace any relations of frederick king born enfield north london . my grand father frederick probably born in 1800s and think died sometime in 1930/40 grand mother florence prob died in late 1950s or early 1960s . grand father frederick and grand mother florence had three children elsie , hilda and my father john ( jack ) king frederick king owned a iron mongers shop in enfield highway . Aso was related to Sir William king one time lord mayor of portsmouth in 1800s .I believe Sir William King would have been my great uncle .Sir Wiliams name appears in Guildhall portsmouth on lord mayors list. any info anyone can provide on above would be welcome. |
