My name is Peter Earl King,I was born in Bristol at Mortimer House on 16 Feb 1954, my father Christopher John King was born on 25 Dec 1931 in Winchester, Southampton, his father was John King and his mother was Dorothy Violet formerly Smith and they lived at 1 St Pauls Hill UD in Winchester Southampton in 1931. My grandfather was a jobbing gardener at Shales cottages, westend road, Bittener Southampton. I am led to believe that my father belonged to a very large family. I have never met any of my relatives and have had no contact with my father for 45 years. I am going to be 50 years old next Feb 2004, it would be nice if I could gather some information before this date of any surviving relatives or uptodate family. I am living in Germany and can be contacted by e-mail on [email protected] or through this site. I have put together a family tree of my immediate family, so it would be nice to add to this as well. I Hope to hear from someone, somwhere, soon. Thanks in anticipation. I did visit my grandfather once, he had a pet monkey, does this ring any bells with anyone? |
