I`m trying to trace my father John William Lake or any relations of his. He was born around 1920, had various jobs including serving in the Royal Marines, working for the Royal Mint in London and as a chef, and separated from my mother in 1957 when I was about 18 months old. He was a Londoner (Fulham area perhaps), had a sister (name not known) and two brothers (Victor and Charlie I believe). His father`s name was also John William Lake. I`d like to know what happened to my father in the years following 1957. Did he remarry and do I have half-brothers or sisters? Do I have uncles, aunties and cousins? |
