My great grandfather LAWRENCE Leach was born c1819/21 in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancs. He married Isabella Daggers (from Bentham, N/Yorkshire) in Nov.1854, at the Parish Church - St.John's, Preston. They had children: Elisabeth b.1858: Richard b.1860 Ann b.1862: Jane b.1864: Henry b.1867: Leonard b.1873. I need to know when LAWRENCE died. This piece of the jigsaw is missing from my Tree, and it is of some importance. I would be very grateful if anyone connected to this branch of the Leach family could enlighten me on this. He disappeared from the 1871 census, where his wife Isabella is recorded as a Widow, still living in PRESTON, Lancashire. |
