Does anyone have any info or connection to a Mary Lee who had a daughter called Mary( known as Mogs ). They are believed to live in London in 1891 and 1901.I believe Mary( mother )may have been Brown before she remarried. She was born in Ireland
possibly around 1845. She had a son by first marriage His name was James Edwin Brown my grandfather. Please can anyone help?!

Hi Irene.
My grandfather was born in 1877 in Ireland. Isbelieved to have come to UK when he was 4. Am grasping at straws a bit as the only living member of my family who vaguely remembers his mother Mary and that she remarried and had a daughter Mary, was only around6 at the time. She is not even certain if her grandmother married a Lee,but its all I have togo on.A 6 year old memory is not the most reliable source, She seems to think they were in Bethnal Green. Mary and daughter Mary were believed to be living in St. Giles South in the 1901 census, but as I say Im grasping at any straws.
My grandfathers 2nd marriage was to a Mabel couchman andthe relative Im speaking of isher daughter and she remembers her mother taking her to London to see grandma "Lee" and Auntie "Mogs"
Heres hoping Thanks for your reply
