Relatives of Ada Lee, Rochdale,who was 100yrs old

Ada Lee was 100 in 1980,she was the daughter of a blacksmith in Oldham and the youngest of 13, Her mother lived to be 99. She spent most of her life as a publican with her husband (no name ). one of the pubs was the Junction Inn ,Rochdale. During WW1 she ran a Chippy in Lord St Rochdale. At the time of her 100th Birthday she lived in Grandidge St, Rochdale. Her son in law was Eric Brown,
Any further information about this lady would be appreciated, either pre her birth or after.

Was Lee her name at birth?

Whatever her birth name was, you should be able to find her on 1881 census.....it's free to all.
