Find Ancestors

I am trying to find a Frank Leon (Leonard?) Lee who I believe would have been born in the 1880's and I beleive died in the early 1950's. He would have been my father's absent father, although my father had (at least) 3 siblings by the same man.
He was either a typewriter mechanic or salesman, probably the later. Supposedly he lived in Surrey or Kent.
Whether he had another family we don't know.
He did not marry my grandmother nor does he appear to have lived with her or the children, but did father 4 chiildren with her (myabe 2 others who died young).

My grandmother lived in Bermondsey and supposedly Frank was from a middle class wealthy family, I have a photo of the family which may throw a little light on things.

Unfortunately, I can not find anybody by this name who fits the description on Birth, Marriage or Death records.

Any help or possible suggestions would be fantastic.

Doesn't really match "middle class wealthy family"...... so not sure if your Fulham Frank Leonard LEE is the right one.
