He Came to UK with Airforce c1958 and was based in the Kent, SE area. Had family in Balham, a sister and nephew and nieces...Last seen in Wandsworth, Arendale shopping Centre...His mother may have been called Violet Chang, friends with Ivy Clarke from St. Elizabeth area in Jamaica.
