Find Ancestors

Am trying to find more information about my Grandmother Mary Ann Lewis, was told by a cousin that she was born in Wales in 1883 (138 of them!!). Her father's name was Thomas and he had died by 1905 when she married my Grandfather in Gloucester. I have her death certificate which states that she was born in Gloucestershire, but there are no Mary Ann Lewis's born in that time. It also says that her birth date was 13 October 1883. I have found a family on th 1891 Census living in Minsterworth (and this appears to tie in with what I was told) Father Thomas, born Montgomeryshire, Mother Alice, born Herefore and it says she was born in Cowal, Herefordshire, which I take to mean Callow as several of the older children were born there. The only other information I have is that she had a sister called Alice who married a Mitchel and they had a son called Reg and he lived in Minsterworth until his death, and that her mother and Alice (may have been other children as well) lived in The Appletree Pub in Minsterworth at some time in the early 1900's. I have a little more information (brother/sister names, and children names ) too much to put here.
