Looking for relatives of Charlie Long, who in 1950 lived at Fircroft, Stonecross Road, East Moulsecomb, Brighton, England. He had a son called Ken who in 1950 was in the army doing national service & was due to finish that in June 1951, his hobby was pigeons. Ken had an older brother called Charlie, also in the army and in 1950 was married with a 14 month old daughter & was stationed at Crowborough, although he lived in married quarters at Preston Barracks in Lewes Rd. Charlie had a Brother called George who I believe was living inSouth Africa at that time, He had 5 children, and his wife was called Jessie, George had been on submarines and in Cape Town was an electrician on Robin Island. |
