Looking for relatives of Charlie Long, who in 1950 lived at Fircroft, Stonecross Road, East Moulsecomb, Brighton, England. He had a son called Ken who in 1950 was in the army doing national service & was due to finish that in June 1951, his hobby was pigeons. Ken had an older brother called Charlie, also in the army and in 1950 was married with a 14 month old daughter & was stationed at Crowborough, although he lived in married quarters at Preston Barracks in Lewes Rd. Charlie had a Brother called George who I believe was living inSouth Africa at that time, He had 5 children, and his wife was called Jessie, George had been on submarines and in Cape Town was an electrician on Robin Island.
Would love to hear from anyone who can shed more light on my family. Helen.
