CLW2005 Report 26 Jun 2008 14:40

Hi - wondering if anyone can help.
Mabel Moore b.1900c was the daughter of Robert John Moore & Annie Calvert. Mabel married William John Clark in 1928 and had three daughters.
Mabel lived in Poplar, London all of her life. (One address is 76 Lindfield Street, Poplar).
Mabel was my grandfathers half sister (same mother) and it's Annie Calvert I'm having problems finding! She would be born around 1876 - possibly Poplar.
She was always known to everyone as Mrs Moore or Granny Moore so we know she didn't marry my great grandfather.
My grandfather, William Jefcoate was b.1912 and I purchased the 1911 census for the address on the birth cert which confirmed that Annie Moore was living with William Jefcoate senior.
If these names ring bells with anyone - please get in touch!!!!
Thanks Christine
