Thank you to those who tried to help. I have managed to find Elizabeth's birth entry for 1877 and in 1912 she was with her mother when her mother died. From this certificate I know that in 1912 she was not married.

Elizabeth was the daughter of George and Rhoda Martin. Rhoda was Emma Rhoda Flack before her marriage to George.

Elizabeth was born in Essex and had approximately 12 siblings. One "sibling" (Lily Gwendolin - my Nan) turned out to be her daughter, when I acquired her birth certificate, although Lily was always brought up to believe she was George and Rhoda's daughter.

Because of all her siblings I hoped that there was someone out there who was descended from one and who might be able to tell me something about Elizabeth......I am still hoping.

If anyone can help we would be very grateful.
