Please can you advise me.

After gathering information on my family tree, I'm now trying to trace my "long lost" cousins / second cousins.

My father's brother, George Henry MARTIN, born 1900/1 in Walworth, London and his wife Alice E. (nee Moore) lived in the next street to us, in Walworth, London. S.E.17. until at least the 1950's. We lived in CRAMPTON STREET and they lived in the next street (can't think of the name right now). They married in Southwark, London in 1920.

George and Alice had at least three children, all born in London, most probably Southwark:

George H. Martin 1922
Charles E. Maartin 1924
Irene D. Martin 192

Although they would now be in their 80's if still alive, hopefully they would have had families too.

PLEASE, can you tell me how it would be possible to trace them ?

If so, how / where do I start ?????

I don't have access to the 1911 census.

My dad's aunts and cousins also lived in a street by us:

Rose Hanna 1884
Louise 1886
Mary 1889
Elizabeth 1893

They may have been born around Islington. They all had families that I remember as a child.

I would so love to find relatives on my MARTIN side of the family.

one place to start would be to check in Search Trees top of this page to see if there are any connections on this site

This is possibly the family in 1911

Do these names ring any bells with you??

The marriage certificate is the only way to know 100% if this is your family.

PS the 1911 is actually free to search but if you want to look at the original pages or the transcripts then you have to buy credits.

I have nudged up Jonesey's thread on the Tips board about how to search the 1911 census without having to pay.
