hi, sorry long time getting back to you. yes you have the right family i never knew these brothers so i don't know who or if they married but would like to think they had and maybe had families that i don't know of and would like to find, ive had no luck on GR I do know that one of them drowned in the river thames when he was a boy but not sure which one and one was killed on a motor bike but he could of been married.

To see if we can find corresponding deaths to start with.

I am unable to find any deaths for them that I could say for certain were them.
Ditto with marriages as the names are pretty common I am afraid.

To try and find a marriage for any of them would mean buying so many certificates to look at fathers name that you would need a bank loan I believe.

It could well have been an 8 on the bithdate of the baptism For Edward Charles Martin Freewheel,so I do believe you are spot on as usual.

So that death cert should be sent for to get an address and possible relative as the informant Treena.

If you get it and come back here with the details I am sure one of us will be able to help to try and find a marriage and or children or something for you.

I wonder if the clues to the deaths are in this list?

From Gillian hi, sorry that was not my edward martin died 1990, iwould of known him i was born 1938 and don't remember him.
could be you have the right alfred robert martin died 1935 but without more details i can't be sure
