My father, Dennis Martin, was born in south east London in 1920 and his sister Doris in 1921. Their mother Ethel, nee Lewis, died in May 1922. Their father Frederick Martin, born c1896 in the Old Kent Road area, remarried shortly after. We believe he had a daughter, maybe called Joyce around about 1924, My father and his sister were brought up by their maternal grandparents and didnt have much to do with their father, subsequently. We know nothing about his second family and I would love to find some relatives. My Dad is almost 86 years old and it would be great to give him some news ! Still hoping !

Hello,

Sorry its been a while. My grandad was definitely not born prior to about 1894 and he certainly died later that 1950..... I met him once when I was a small girl and I was born in 1950.

Thanks though.
