Hi I am looking for William Martin born 1848, Bethnal Green,London. He married Sarah Starr in Nov.1875, and they had many children, one of which was my grt grandad, another William Martin, born 1877. At the time of his marriage on 28/11/75 he was living at 4 New st in the parish of Shoreditch. He was a packer and his father is named as Edward Martin, Hawker. I cannot find him prior to 1871, when he was living with his married sister, Maria E Welford, still in Bethnal Green. Now have several B/C's for William Martin's but none of them are the correct William! Can anyone help? Coreen |
