His name is Steven paul mitchell, he was born in clydebank scotland,1970. his mothers name is violet mitchell and Arthur mitchell is his fathers name. steven moved to the channel islands 12 years ago to work and he has not been seen or heard since, hope someone can help thanks yvonne mitchell (sister)
