HELLO TO ALL MITCHELL'S,I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT ANYTHING ABOUT MY HUSBANDS GRT GRT GRANDFATHER JOHN MITCHELL HE CAME FROM GALWAY IN IRELAND AND HE MARRIED A LADY CALLED CATHERINE,THEY CAME TO SHEFFIELD AND I HAVE THEM ON THE 1881 CENSUS AND THEY HAD NINE CHILDREN HE IS LISTED AS BEING A FIREMAN AND ON THE CENSUS HE IS 50YRS OLD,ONE OF HIS CHILDREN IS CALLED MARTIN WHO WAS MY HUSBANDS GRT GRANDFATHER AND HE HAD A SON CALLED MARTIN WHO WAS MY HUSBANDS GRANDFATHER AND HE MARRIED A LADY CALLED BEATRICE WRIGHT.DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS FAMILY? |
