I am trying to find birth father. My mothers name was Peggy Moore born London I have been told that he was an US serviceman.My date of birth is 08/06/1945

you have to apply for your birth certificate, on the certificate will be your fathers details( hopefully) . If no Fathers details on Birth Certificate you will have to persue your search to America. Try IGI website,
