Proof that the name was actually Swinnerton:
1851 census
Windmill St., Birmingham
Mary Swinnerton, head, widow, 39, washerwoman
Eliza, dau, 14, nurse
George, son, 8
Henry, son, 4
All born Birmingham.

Curious! they all aged 12 years in 10!

Looks like them, trying to find Samuel moore's death I was told he died on 20 feb 1873 but I sent for certificate and was told they could'nt find one a bit of a mystery.
