TRYING TO FIND INFORMATION ON THOMAS MOORE OF MANCHESTER/SALFORD. HE WAS THE SON OF MATTHEW MOORE A LABOURER AND ANN DELANEY. HE WAS BORN APROX 1858 AND MAY HAVE HAD IRISH CONNECTIONS TOO. HE WAS MY GRANDMOTHER, HANNAH'S, FATHER. THOMAS MARRIED SARAH BOWDEN, DAUGHTER OF OWEN BOWDEN, BOILER MAKER AND MARY MALONE OF IRELAND AND MANCHESTER. THOMAS SEEMED TO WORK IN THE SILK MILLS OF THE NORTHERN TOWNS SUCH AS NANTWICH (WHERE MY GRANDMA HANNAH WAS BORN), SANDBACH, MANCHESTER AND LATTERLY MACCLESFIELD. THOMAS DIED BETWEEN 1893 AND 1901. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP........I'VE COME TO A HALT!! |
