Please can anyone help?? I am trying to trace my Grandfather James Thomas Moore. The information I have is that the family moved from Weston-Super-Mare to Portsmouth between Sept/Oct 1941. They lived at 180 Stamshaw Road, Portsmouth. James' parents were called Thomas and Eileen Agnes Moore (nee Thornton). They had a daughter called Angela Maria Moore and another son called John Patrick Moore (Johnny). Angela Maria Moore was born on the 1/9/41 and married Patrick Joseph Burns (Royal Marines) on the 3/10/1964. They married at the Corpus Christie Church, Gladys Avenue, North End, Portsmouth. Angela's God Parents were Sydney Oscar Birchby and Helen Theresa Birchby. The family were Catholic. If you can help me to trace my family, please get in touch. Thank you. Jolin |
