PLEASE SEE ENTRY UNDER `WEBSTER` WHICH HAS ALL THE UP TO DATE INFORMATION ADDED AND EXCHANGED-
I am adding this new post as a secondary to the one that I have posted under Webster -
( Trying to find my Grandma -Edna Irene Webster -posted on 25th December 2007 ).
She was born Edna Irene Burbidge on 22nd August 1912.
She Married Leonard Arthur Denzil Webster on 26th April 1930.
She had a Daughter- Hazel Marguerita Webster ( my Mother- who is now Hazel Marguerita Davis) on 8th November 1930 at Bond Street Maternity Hospital in Leicester.
My Mum was adopted at the age of 4 in 1934 and never knew what became of her Mother and would like to find her.
My Mum was told that her Mother Edna had died at a young age but we have since found Marriage records dated 28th April 1937, a Marriage to John Moore and I have checked the Death records in Burbidge, Webster and Moore and have found no record of her Death, so its possible that she may still be alive ??
I am checking through to see if she could have Married again since 1937 and found only 1 entry in the name of Mackie but this is not yet certain. I have ordered the Marriage Certificate to check if its her or not.
So it could be possible that she has died in another name-Mackie? or another Married name ?
I will also post a message under her maiden name of Burbidge just incase.
If anyone has any information how ever small that could help to locate my Grandma either alive or where she may be laid to rest, it would be most appreciated,
Thank you, Bette Taylor x
