Sorry, I can't see anything else, apart from the fact that William in 1901 was NOT a widow.

Best thing to do is order the marriage cert, you can order on-line at the general register, costs £7.00 and takes about 7 days.

Thanks again Dee - so if Christopher Scott married Mary Eleanor Donnison (seemingly) it would mean that WIlliam Nicholson more than likely wed Jane Ann Morris.

Jane Ann could well have been known as Annie, do you agree?
