Trying to find Nicholson

Thank you to everyone who helped me find the missing links for my great grand-father's family(Bould). I am stuck again on details of family for my grandmother's family. I have all her siblings, but am struggling to find details of her parents, aunts and uncles, etc. My grandmother is Doreen Nicholson and she was born in 1918 in Doncaster. She married a John Biggs (born circa 1910) from Derbyshire, but then divorced him after my mother Sheila and aunty Barbara were born. I believe her mother and father were called Thomas (may have come from Scotland) and Blanche nee Davis. Somewhere along Thomas' family line, the parents or grandparents came from Denmark. If anyone has any suggestions of where to look, I would be very grateful. Can't believe people are so interested and helpful on this site. Brilliant. Well done |
