Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi, Am trying to trace what happened to JOHN WILLIAM NICHOLSON - born 1874 at Sandwick, Orkney (Parents Andrew Nicholson and Ann Rose Spence) he married Mary Harvey and had two sons, Thomas Andrew and John George. Mary died in 1901 after which he left Orkney to go to Canada and there is no trace of him there although he definately arrived - he left his two sons with their paternal grandparents on Orkney but only ever had 1 contact with them after arriving in Canada.
