does any one no of a travelling family by the name of nicholson. my grandad (john) was born on 13/7/1933 in shap and his mother was called jane nicholson. he never knew who was his real father but was brought but from a baby by a man called frank fisher. they later married, had more children and set up home. jane had three sisters (mary, margaret and joan) and a brother called issac. there parents were called issac and betty nicholson-bettys madien name being lowther. as its a travelling family not much is down on paper so any info (no matter how small) just might help from any where in the country!. with thanks amy |
