Trying to find Osborne

I am trying to find any brothers or sisters that I may have. Father was Harold Chareles Osborne he died July 1964, my mother was Olive Osborne, nee Morris, remarried in 1965? and became Baker, she died 1979. I would welcome contact from children of that marriage as well. I was born in Smethwick although my mother was in Small Heath Birmingham the last time that I saw her in 1968. Much later while I was married during the 1980's I was approached by a social work Team from Sandwell, who said that I had a sister who had been adopted, I am ashamed to say that I rejected the offer to be put in touch with this sister, mainly because my then husband was not happy about me suddenly having contact with my family.
