If you give an actual place name or two it could help. It is not likely anyone who reads this has any information but someone might be able to help find some. Does he appear to have died before the 1841 census? You probably have his name from Elizabeth's marriage certificate, does it give his occupation?

Per the 1861 Elizabeth was born in Buxted. There's no Elizabeth or Henry Parker in Buxted in 1841 or 1851.

In 1851 there is an Elizabeth Smith who matches the 1861 Elizabeth, with parents Henry and Ann. I wonder whether 'Henry Parker' was a combination of her stepfather's given name and her surname?
