Trying to find details of a Sarah Jane Parker b 1851/52 in kent England.Went to New Zealand between 1852 and 1858.Fathers names was James Parker.In 1858 James wife had a daughter Mary Ann Parker who went on to marry a Horatio James Howlett
Can anyone help me find Sarah n Marys mothers details

Sorry can't seem to find Sarah on 1851 census but this is a possible birth index for her which would give details of her Mum

I think you need to confirm the parents' names somehow. If Sarah was born in Brompton then you could check the baptism records on Cityark - Medway's site - the parish records are on line. They are searchable by parish so you may need to trawl around the Brompton area as I expect there are a few churches but it might help locate the marriage of the parents.

According to Sarah Chappell nee Parker s death certificate her father was a James Parker shoemaker .
Sarah died 1928 in Auckland New Zealand
Her mother s details are --- Parker

The infomation on the death cert is only as good as informant knows

Think you need to purchase that birth cert if you think that is her... but they were still in the uk in 1861
