Looking for parents of an Anthony Francis Parker, b. 1846 in England and immigrated to U.S. around 1866 so he would not be in the 1871 England census, and I can't find in U.S. 1870 census. All the Anthony Parkers I've researched in 1851 and 1861 England censuses have turned up in the 1871 census. He was in the textile business all his life.
