Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 4 Send Message	Elaine Mills Hi I am trying to find any information on a Thomas Parker also known as Tommy the Fobber Parker. He was a well known Pickpocket in Spitalfields around 1901-1908. He lived at 26 Gun street Old Artillary Ground with Margaret Oakes. They had 1 child at the time Thomas but went on to have a further 9, one of which was my Grandmother Mary Ann Patricia.
