Find Ancestors

I am trying for find the birth record for a Walter Pearson, I have his marriage certificate from 1903 and he age is stated as 33 and residence at the time of marriage was Ecclesfield, Sheffield. His father was called Benjamin Pearson but on the marriage certificate it lists "deceased", I have found a birth record for 1870, but when the hard copy arrived the father's name is different. Birth oct.nov.dec 1870 Walter Pearson York 9d 17

I cannot find another listing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Got called away before I could fully update my post. One of these will be the birth for Walter born in Cleckheaton and the other for the Walter born in Allerton with the parents James and Martha.

In 1871 Walter born to James and Martha is listed as aged 2 so I would take a wild guess and say his is the 1869 birth.

Walter born to Benjamin is aged 1 in 1871 so I would guess his is the March qtr 1870 birth.
